Aside from the fact that an innocent bystander getting injured/killed by a loose tiger is less likely than getting abducted by aliens, someone needs to point out to Mr. Kasich that of the few deaths caused by big cats, most occurred at zoos or USDA licensed facilities.
This is definitely NOT about public safety.
