Variable and can all be close as Frank stated, but I'd probably rank (big to small) Argus, Quince, Dumerilli, Exanthematicus by size and how big they act. Quince, Dumeril's and Savannahs are all wild-stolen and imported (with associated health risks to the animals being imported) while a good % of US Argus are captive born and bred at least. I happen to care about stopping or at least, limiting so much importation and wild-stealing of animals from nature when possible - and the importation process is not good for the lizards at all if/when they do survive it. But Argus will "act" the biggest with a male being a 4.5 to 5 footer and they're super-active lizards who appreciate a lot of space and stuff to do in a cage. Male Melinus are over 4 footers also, but they're more shy/withdrawn and don't seem so big seeing as they're more cryptic. The other two are pretty sessile normally. I actually really like both Dumeril's and Exanth's. I just wish they were CBB.
