10000k lights are quite bright, but being regular lights (as in not uvb producing, or at least you didn't mention they were uvb) I don't think they will be harmful. I would just watch the heat to make sure they don't over heat your tank. That and if you do notice your dragons keep closing their eyes while basking consistently, then switch.

I would also make sure they are not mounted too close to the basking spot, so may not be useful if your cage is less than 20" high.
