This ever happen to anyone

I have a 3yr old male retic that was interested in breeding rubbing on the glass trying to get out. He also was trying wrap himself trying to breed. I went to go check on him this morning and he seems like he is paralyzed or some kind of spinal injury. He moves real slow but sits for hours in the same spot. His body is responsive to touch but as far as his head it does not move at all. His eyes respond to movement but thats it. Anyone ever seen this?
