I re-use delicups for feeding babies, so I throw them in a utility tub and fill it up with water then add bleach to the whole thing. Reptile Basics sells a good disinfectant which I have been told works better and faster than bleach, but it's a bit pricey so I stick to what has worked for me in the past.
