I'm not really worried about keeping it 'cheap' so long as the housing method is effective, safe for the animal, and will provide the animal with sufficient space and stimulation so that it could thrive. Cost efficient would certainly be a bonus, but it is NOT a primary focus, so long as all of the aforementioned criteria are met."
