I'd really like to know the answer here, too. I'm thinking of getting a pair of beadeds and have seen recommendations for caging all the way from 1.5'x3' to the standard response of 'twice the length of the inhabitant'.
I'm considering raising them and would like to buy/build a cage once, rather than one for babies, then building for adults. Will a 6x3 work for a pair? And it seems like undertank heating is best - but should we add UV/heat lamps to simulate real world (to the degree that can be accomplished within a cage)? ----- NorCalAl On the Ridge 1.0 Chuckwalla (Sauron), 0.1 CDT (Cartman), 0.1 Ferret (Felon), 1.0 Canine (Baxter), 1.0 Feline (Sam), 1.0 Eclectus (Merlin) 1.2 Ackies (Kookla, Fran, Ollie) Not enough computers, cameras, or time!
