Posted by: wldktrptls at Sat Jan 7 04:08:43 2012 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by wldktrptls ] Does anybody have any locality data for these guys? I've seen quite a bit ofcolor variation in the juviniles of this species, ranging from yellow or orange to green or blue. I've also seen adults that retained crossbands of yellow spots, though muted, still quite visible. With such a wide range one would think some sort of data would be accumulated by now. In light of the diminishing habitats and thusly vanishing populations of this outrageous monitor perhaps the time for such gathering of information is overdue. Any ideas as to where to look? Thanks, guy. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
