Every 3 or 4 weeks I wake up the turtles for a bath, a drink and a soak. The adult turtles have a soak and go
back to bed but the 5 little ones 1 who is 2 years old and 1 who is 1 year old and the three babies 5 months old
now this is a different story. The bigger two swim around or soak but the babies look for places to get out
of the deep water preferably on the backs of their older siblings. Here are three photos of the babies riding on
the backs of the older ones and a photo of all 5 in their sphagnum moss living quarters which I keep moist for
the winter months. Their back to sleep for another few weeks.
