For the most part they don't eat anything over the winter, they
get a drink and a soak and go back to sleep for a few weeks. Last
year 1 turtle didn't eat from the first of september till the first of March,
7 months! the others ate a few maggots off and on. During the summer they eat worms, fruit and leafy greens.
