I was curious is anyone could tell me a good enclosure size for an adult caiman lizard female. I may buy one in the next month or two and I have done much research on them however I did not find anything on enclosure sizes. I know they really love to swim so I expect the enclosure to be 1/3 lad 2/3 water? With branches avaliable for climbing.

Anyway what I need to know is just the base needs of the enclosure size and water to land ratio of an adult caiman lizard. I inted on buying a baby however I want to know what I will need to happily house the adult. If you have had one or know the proper housing size please tell me the need dimensions need of the enclosure (L/W/D) ad the land to water ratio. Also how deep should the water be for the adult? I assume about 2-3 feet deep?

I know their diet, and that males get aroud 4 feet and females about 3 feet. I currently have a black throat monitor and know how to care for larger end monitors/tegus. Please dont tell me the "difficulty" of the lizards care, I already know. I just would like to know a good enclosure size for the caiman lizard.

Thank you in advance for your help.
