The Claxton Rattlesnake Roundup has decided to convert the annual roundup to the Claxton Rattlesnake and wildlife festival! They will no longer be supporting the practice of collecting rattlesnakes out of the wild and then selling them to the skin dealer who slaughters them after the event. This is a huge step in the right direction and hopefully the Whigham Roundup will follow.
