Hi all,

I am new to Indigos and have recently acquired a Black Phased hatchling from Robert Bruce. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Robert for spending so much time on email and the phone with me to talk about Indigos. We literally talked for a whole week before I decided to ask him if he had any hatchlings available. At no point did he made me feel pressure to buy a snake from him. Even during the pickup of the snake, Robert made sure I had everything ready before he would let the snake go. We spent about 30 minutes at his car just talking about how to properly care these these animals. He detailed out how he is able to provide a clean environment for the snake and gave tips on how to keep the snake from tipping over the water bowls inside the enclosure.

You can truly tell that he cares for the success of his clients by the amount of post-sale conversations he has with you. He sent some emails to find out how the Indigo was doing and suggested some temperatures to keep the animal happy after initial feeding at his new home.

If you are on the fence about getting a snake from Robert, don't' wait any longer. You will not regret it.

-Tri
