I don't believe corn snakes have spurs but I'm not an expert. I do think yours in a male from the sound of it. I've had my male act very restless in the past an will not eat either this time of year. I also have a male jungle carpet python (he does have spurs) that has been restless an hasn't eaten in couple months now.
