I personally am not a fan of the idea, their is a reason that genetic diversity is typically favored in the wild. In captivity morphs and various other forms that may not survive naturally find a place where they can often not only survive but thrive and pass on any mutations, however I would typically be led to believe that with enough inbreeding or perhaps even an unlucky pairing you might get more severe mutation as well as exposing potential offspring (and theirs and so on) to issues that may form with inbreeding. BUT that is just one take on it and I am confident that you will find many others with a complete opposite stand point who may have fair reasoning as well.
