I don't see any problem feeding your skink those food items. A healthy skink will eat almost any creepy-crawly. The key is variety, so those would be great additions to the standard fare. Some people have been nervous about feeding tomato worms to lizards because of the alkaloids in tomato leaves, but I personally have never had a problem feeding my Schneider's skinks tomato worms fresh from the plant. It *is* an occasional treat though, like no more than once every two weeks. Silk worms are supposed to be high in calcium too, so those would be especially good for babies and egg-laying females. ----- Lisa Rakestraw ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My skinks: 1.1.1 Corucia zebrata (Berman and Joni, baby Charlemagne) 1.2.2 Eumeces schneideri (Kaa, Cochisa and their babies; Mabel) 0.0.4 Egernia striolata
