Your snakes are showing textbook classic signs for a disease known as zonata disease. Snakes show dry, wrinkly skin, continual shedding, and eventually neurological signs and death. Although the cause or agent is currently unknown, it is most likely a viral disease. Unfortunately, there is no cure and these snakes should be culled immediately to prevent the spread of this fatal disease.
