Well, sadly, there really isn't hope for the new python ban to be repealed. That is, unless we can convince somebody (AKA whoever repeals laws; Google isn't telling me who) to remove it.
I do want to bring up the thought of a "replacement" python; a python to replace the Burm's spot in the market. The best replacement would resemble the Burmese Python in both appearance and size. I'm doing my best to find a good python to begin anew with, however, with no avail, so I would like to ask for help. So, to you, which Python would you say reminds you of your beloved Burm? Which one would you say could fill the now empty spot of the Burmese Python?
I have also heard of a permit that would allow you to "bypass" this law and continue exporting and importing Burmese & Rock Pythons, as well as the Yellow Anaconda. Anyone heard of this?
