This species is also known for their ability to regurgitate elongated plugs or castings of prey item hair. I regularly find these in my Leiopython cages, but have never actually witnessed the event. Most likely happens at night because this species is highly nocturnal as well as crepuscular. Good for beginners with this species to be aware of as it could easily appear as though the animal was having a serious problem if you did not know about this behavior.
