It is freshly introduced. It is also not a ban.

I am unsure who the sponsor and writer are, but while this is all valid stuff we herpers should be doing already, I hold issue with a few requirements as being poorly written.

While I think over all it is a good idea that we start self policing, I have concerns personally with opening the door.

I plan to look into this more deeply to locate the author and the sponsor
