Is there any in depth information on wild breeding of the barred tiger salamander? Also any info on captive breeding of them? I'm interested in testing some ideas for captive breeding them. I live in SW Kansas where I can keep them outdoors in a semi natural area and I'm going to try for actual captive breeding indoors. With an internet search, I found that they have never been bred and I've found comments implying true CB tigers are no problem to find. I even saw someone urging someone to buy WC over CB since they are "hardier". That's the dumbest thing I've heard today. I would like to see any papers on wild and captive specimens.
