Well as luck has it the smaller female was just out laying on the log in the pond. She saw me, stayed there for a few minutes and then went for a swim. She is smaller (3 1/2 - 4') and has trouble getting out of the pond if she doesn't use the log. I had enough time to run inside and grab the camera for some quick pics. They are a bit cloudy because the humdity in the cage is around 100% (or more lol). She has also begun to shed in these pictures, truely stunning! I am so lucky to be working with these animals!
