Your question is hard to answer as super dwarf and dwarf labels are used on many locality animals and some from "secret" islands that importers mystify as to how tiny the animals are from mystery island "x".
Seleyar, tanjampea, kayuadi, kalatoa, Bali, etc etc, including some from islands between the phillipines and celebes/sulawesi.
Been done in past. Babies grew moderately large and had patterns similar to parental cross.
My opinion from working with several island morphs for more than 13 years is that if cb or raised from neonate, fed heavily, all get pretty darn big. If fed judiciously, can stay healthy and smaller.
