I wouldn't use distilled water. Distilled water is void of minerals and can actually draw minerals from the body when it is consumed. Regular tap water is fine. I remember the threads months ago when you first brought up the issue of head shaking. As I mentioned the last time, I honestly think that your iguana has a neurological problem. If it was an infection that he had and it hasn’t gone away, by now he would be dead or extremely emaciated. You have all the conditions right for an iguana. I wouldn’t go out and spend another $700. Or more, especially on a CT scan. I don’t mean to be insensitive, but you are making your vet rich and nothing is being solved. If I were you, I would let nature take its course. You can buy 3 healthy iguanas with $700.
