Arabian Uromastyx color question

Hi everyone,



I just received a little arabian uromastyx and was told it was male (as requested.) He is supposedly almost 2 years of age and is completely tan in color.

When do philbyi start getting their blue coloration? I guess I am just afraid there might have been some mistake and was accidentally given a female uro instead.
