Rent a Burm???

If you thought you knew the whole story of the Burm Ban.

You don't.

Trying to fill out my permit app. (educational show) I came across some new info.

There are educational permits to cross state lines as long as the burm is double crated. You can use the Burm in the show as long as it is an interior room. A free standing school gym would NOT be okay.OUTDOORS is DEFINITELY NOT OKAY.

Outdoors like in Fairs and Festivals.

ALSO,and you'll love this. Once a specific snake is permitted this double enclosed rule applies the rest of it's natural life.

They actually say you may want more than one Burm and only permit

the one you travel with.

So even at home if you take the Burm outside for a photo op with visiting friends...You just violated the Lacey Act.

And the kicker, applies to all offspring as well.
