No doubt the loss of habitat is alarming but; and i do mean but. I hope this is not going to be another land grab by the feds. Dont get me wrong i do see the need for protection but at the alarming rate of property right loss i feel that is the foremost important item, i rather protect people first then animal second. Who cares if there is a park if the people cannot afford or have the right to use it. We have an oppressed economy and a total loss of rights that once was afforded to the american people. Where is the government going to get the funds, some crazy road tax, lottery tax or some other tax scheme??????
