I hope this is not going to be another land grab by the feds. Dont get me wrong i do see the need for protection but at the alarming rate of property right loss i feel that is the foremost important item, i rather protect people first then animal second. Who cares if there is a park if the people cannot afford or have the right to use it. We have an oppressed economy and a total loss of rights that once was afforded to the american people.
