LOL I have never once cleaned the substrate. The pond I have to clean and scrub once a month but other then that my snakes are more upkeep then these lizards haha. My clean up crew includes all kinds of bugs in the substate. They do an amazing job! I don't think I'm to far away from being able to farm meal worms LOL. I have even added gecko's to try and take care of some of the excess bugs. When done right monitors really aren't all that much upkeep! One of the best things is theres no smell! I guess I'll throw the bugs some apples or something for the compliment hahaha... [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
