Jason - they're a bit more mellow to feed vs Argus, but not by much. They still rush the door of the enclosures when they see you, but tend to take the food without removing your hand. They settle a touch more once held than an Argus with the huffy puffy stuff. Bonus about them is they max out at 3 feet long w the males, not 5 foot.
To the OP - yes, there's a ton of interest for pure ones and groups of babies in particular. Very few are actually hatched each year these days in the US and the Europeans are after them like mad as well I'm finding out. I'm NOT plugging to sell any here, just sharing. I'd probably not put them in anything smaller than about 8'x4' floor space with a pair. 6 foot is small for an active 3' Monitor lizard.
