D. c. erebennus problem.

Anyone ever see anything like this before or know what it is or how to treat it? Any help is appreciated. The pic is not the best but you can see something going on. The snake is a juvenile D. c. erebennus from 2011. I have 200 other colubdrids kept the same and have never seen anything like this before.
