Yup.. I kept an indigo on cypress lined hide box for humidity and the same thing happened. She was kepted immaculate. ECCM (AlanB) warned me about it. Luckily it was caught early. Would iodine affected belly scales and place some bacitracin on it afterwards. Once/twice a week. Hopefully, it doesn't progress and after a couple of sheds it'll heal. Oddly enough, if cribos/indigos are kept on newspaper and the poop isn't cleaned immediately (one/two days) this still doesn't happen (I'm NOT saying to not clean your cages). Now I just keep them on newspapers with a plastic hide and when they're going into shed, dampened the papers to prevent retained shed/eye caps.
