>>I flagged you down. I had been with her for probably almost 45 minutes at that point. I asked if she wanted me to drive back and forth to get gas and she said no she felt bad as I only had 2 nights to hunt. You don't find many people like that and certainly not ladies with that sense of adventure. I went to scout for border patrol or LE and when I got back she was WALKING ON TOP OF THE CUTS looking for snakes... I then had to explain the rules and the fact I had ZERO desire for her to get bitten under my supervision. >> >>Thanks again for all your help. >> >>Best wishes, StevenX
When we started following her back to town, she pulled off and jumped out because she saw a snake crossign the friggin road! OMD! We again had to explain things to her and the fact that we wanted to get her as close to town as possible. Had she kept going she may have just made it! When her car broke down, we again explained everything to her. She had never met a herper before and I kinda blew her mind. She literally looked at me in shock because she thought she was the only female that liked reptiles! HA! If she only knew!
I have a funny feeling next Snake Days, she will be there with a vest and license! She did look us up and post a thank you to the blog! Herpers save stranded motorist
