I won't say to much on the genetics as I have not kept up and forgot most of what I learned. But I believe the bloodred thing has at least 2 genes. One for the diffused sides. Then the way the colors blend to deep reds. I loved those bloodreds. I still do in fact. If I ever got back into corns i;m sure they would be in there.
