None of those things are any kind of consistent identifying features between the two leucistic subspecies across the board, even though some of those things can be seen in certain individuals or bloodlines. The so-called "head shape" thing, beige/ivory coloration, temperament, size, nor anything else can identify one from the other with any certainty at all.
