Yes, I agree. Only gravid or stressed and emaciated Chucks who have stopped eating before layingeggs or because they are sick will drink. If you suspect your Chuck is ill, and if it has not been feeding, spray the glass and see if it wants to drink. It will lap the water from the glass. You still do not need to put a water bowl in the cage. Just make sure it has plenty of nourishing flowers or greens to eat!
