The secret of the chicken broth is that it has to be boiling hot..and "cook" the pinky. Pour the hot broth over the pinky and let it set for a minute or two. The pinky will turn whitish. Then before you give it to the hatchling you brain it. I had 4 hathlings this year that would ONLY take pinkies scented with chicken broth. I also had one hatchling that would only take pinkies from Soft Fur Rats...it wouldn't take mouse pinkies at all (and still won't.) The important thing is to try every trick in the book until you find what works. Jorge has a great tease feeding video on his site that has worked for me many times.
