I have a nile monitor with a slightly swollen front foot and one of his digits is also swollen. He also has a small section on the affected knuckle which looks like a small ulcer, not deep, just my description. He or she is 33" long in a custom cage 4'x 3'x 3'x. For heating there is two under tank heaters, 2 90 watt flood lamps and 1 50 watt bulb. substrate is 3 parts top soil, one part sand, 8" deep. Humidity is 80%, air temp.is between 82 at night and 95 during the day. Hot spot hits 130-142 under the light.I feed him one small mouse frozen mouse per day and sometimes raw chicken. I'm sorry for the long post, just wanted to be descriptive. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
