bought a baby blood last weekend at the columbia repticon. i've been wanting one for a while, i have done my research, talked to breeders etc. found a few at the show and the one i picked was a female and it would strike at me but miss and bite itself. i thought it was funny...Bad mommy i know..anyway. been holding her every day to try to get her used to me and last night which would have been a week and a day after i got her, i came into my room to find her dead. she apparently had bit herself and died. i dont remember the breeder name but i guess thats why she was so cheap. anyone have any ideas what could have happened? she looked healthy. he said she never turned down a meal i was gonna feed her that night. someone told me with her biting herself so much it could have been a neurological thing from being exposed to extreme cold. its not gonna keep me from getting another one.
