So I have 2 leos that I have in a 20 gal long with numerous hides, looking at them at this point I'm assuming that they are both males. I've read EVERYWHERE that males will deathmatch when they come in contact with each other, so I've always kept them separate. I was in the process of moving and to consolidate space I put a divider in the 20 gal long and out either male in their respective sides. I woke up the next morning to find that one of them had managed (and I don't know how.) to push the divider aside and was "cuddling" or realistically competing for the same uth as the other (Even though they both had one.) Upon examining each of them there are no scars or injuries on each of them, I have also been watching them at night and they don't even exhibit any dominance/aggression behavior. So is this situation an unique one? or do you think I might actually have a male and female? They compete for the same food so I always feed them separately.
