They definitely will bask at that temp very comfortably if it is available and will be alot more active than they would be with the 100F basking spot that the green ig people recommend. Just be very careful with the way you mount the basking lamp. Rhinos are very curious and they do climb. If the lamp is not extremely secure, they can knock it down and sustain burns.
