The most eggs I ever had from a coastal was 16 and that was from the Original Striped female. Tony, I was at the eastern shore twice in October. The first time I had a least a hundred tiny ticks on my lower legs. If I hadn't seen them I would have thought chiggers.The next time I didn't see any ticks. It's the ticks and chiggers that make these areas so unpleasant to be in. Over the years I've had Lyme disease four times. Always from ticks on the Coastal Plain.
