cant hold on...

Ive had my baby for about a month now...she has eaten 3 times and had no problem. However the past few times ive tried to feed her she will strike and coil around her food and then drop it. She then keeps on trying to strike with no luck...any suggestions on what to do to help her? I dangle her food in front of her and Ive tried just letting her hunt.
