The reason I don't understand is because I can purchase a Retic, but not a Burm. She had to be the coolest snake I have ever owned. the whole Lacey act is a bunch of crap. I don't know all of what it comprises: but I am sure it's ful of crap. @hy don't they ban dogs or cats? They cause more injuries per year than snakes. Don't mess with 4 things in my life, 1. The Constitution, 2. Family, 3. My guns and 4. My snakes.
