For smaller individuals, subadults, neonates and hatchlings, racks work great. Humidity is controlled by ventilation, minimal ventilation = maximum humidity. With the same thermostat, the whole is controlled similar. Some taller racks can be broken into zones so you don't get as much of the vertical temperature variations.
