I am not worried they will harm each other. I put enough food for everyone, and monitor their growth to make sure everyone is eating enough. When they are hungry they come out from under their box hide and hang out at the water bowl, about once a week. They are growing so fast soon I am going to have to do other housing arrangements, but this communal thing has got them through the winter without having to use a lot of electricity for heat. Am off grid and power is always an issue.
