Both salamanders lay their eggs attached to a rock submerged in running water. No only would scaping off the eggs kill them, but raising the larvae is difficult. Neither salamander is worth very much money, so there'd be no incentive to work with them in captivity. I've never seen amphibian eggs of any kind offered for sale.
