Panther Hanging Head-Down

My girlfriend has a 3.5 year old male panther cham. he has taken to hanging head-down from is back feet and I just found a string of watery drool hanging from is mouth. Any ideas of what is wrong and how to address it? See below for his typical care.

She really loves her lizard.

Care:
Her chameleon is kept in a large screen cage with a UVB strip, and UV heat lamp. The cage has lots of live and silk plants and branches. He eats approximately 2 dozen crickets in a week ( /-). The crickets are dusted with Ca D3 and vitamins when put into the cage. The crickets are fed Tetramin fish flakes while in the cage. The cage is sprayed twice eat day and the cham is put on a big plant in the shower at least once every week. The tepid temperature shower last about 15 minutes. In the summer he is fed clean, wild-caught inscets (e.g., grasshoppers, flies, moths) and get some real-sun time outdoors.
