hb575 cant in any way affect reptiles. erika is using legal terms like black letter law to trick people into believing her and wyatts lies. this is the same stunt they pulled last year when they told everyone that hb1398 was going to ban reptiles. PA has two titles that deal with animals. title 34 for mammals and title 30 for reptiles, amphibians, and fish. hb575 is an amendment to title 34. so even if it passes an amendment to one title cant be enforced in another title. black letter law is basically a generic term that refers to any law thats so well established that it is no longer up for debate in a court of law. erikas trying to twist PA's legal term for exotic animal into some sort of black letter law. which is a total joke.



erika is a compulsive liar. and wyatt is a scumbag scam artist. please do not support them. they just tried to lie to everyone about a NY law.



by the way the thing erika and wyatt arnt telling anyone, maybe because they dont want to so they can use it to their advantage later on, or maybe because they just dont know. but hb575 has a sister bill in the senate sponsored by alloway. alloways the senator that tried to ban alligators last year. hes also the guy wyatt lied about stopping form purposing anti reptile legislation in 2011 in PA. wyatts trying to get back in good with alloway to push his bmp's in PA. he tried once with alloway back in 2011.



the reason i bring up the sister bill is because hb575 is sponsored by a democrat and they are the minority. the sister bill to hb575 is sponsored by a republican and they are the majority. there is a much better chance that this bill on the senate side will pass this year.



the bill will end the permit system for owning large carnivores in PA. but it will once again allow the sales of sugar gliders and hedgehogs and stuff like that. the pocket pet lobbyist have been working hard to sell out the big cat people to push their agenda.
