That is very sad to hear Brad. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. He was indeed extremely instrumental with his studies, research papers and numerous book publications regarding western herpetofauna especially. I also have a few books written by Hobart Smith.

RIP Hobart, and thank you for your countless contributions to the science and field aspect of herpetology..........
